PRICING TIERS
To work within various budgets, I offer 3 categories of pricing which are as follows:BUDGET - Getting a plot and permit already costs a lot of hard earned Gil - so you can save money by saving me time! This package requires you to gather and dye the furniture for your home as well as placing it down before adding to storage (so I don't have to click the confirmation pop-up for each item). This only includes indoors but outside can be discussed.BASE - This package requires that you gather all the items on the shopping list for the design yourself and put them in storage for me. I will place and dye everything. This only includes indoors but outside can be discussed.BALLER - The works! This price includes design, furnishing, and dye for indoors and outdoors as well as the purchase of all normal1 tradeable items.^ 1 Price does not include items obtained from Bozjan and Doman Enclave (such as Queen's Rest and Doman Dogwoods) or other "Big Ticket" items costing 500,000 or more.^

About Me
As a designer and artist by trade, I love to create things in general!I fell in love with Final Fantasy XIV and the housing aspect as soon as I got my first "Where the Heart Is" quest to unlock the Goblet. I felt so immersed in the game and going in each new house was such a treat. I knew that moment FFXIV would be more for me than just a game to play through.In terms of my design aesthetic, I try to build modern and interesting houses while maximizing the amount of space. Greenery tis also something I enjoy incorporating -outside decks, windows and balconies can be found in most of my builds.I am always up for a challenge and some change so let me know what you would like to have designed and even if it is outside of my usual wheelhouse, I would probably be down!
PROCESS
We will first discuss what you would like to see in your home and I will request any inspiration you might have from other builds you like. If you do not have any idea, that is also fine!Next I will create a design for you using a housing simulator which I will share images of. Once you approve of the design, I will export a shopping list. Depending on the package you choose, I will either provide the list for you to acquire all the items, or I will shop for them myself.If you are choosing the Base or Budget packages, you will then place all the items in storage or you will place them in the home and apply dye to them. If you are going with baller, ignore this step!Once all the items are acquired and placed, I will begin implementing the design. This process can take anywhere from 3 to 7 days depending on complexity of the design and time of week since I have more time to work on commissions on the weekend.The entire process can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks due to the collaborative process.I usually request payment up front but if you are not comfortable with that, I am fine with half up front and half due upon completion.
